Don’t worry. By setting up an account, you are not obligated to anything. It allows all of your building and pricing information to be retained and managed by you. It is protected so that only you and SteelDirect.com have access to it. If at any time you have trouble or a question, just call one of our Customer Account Representatives and they will be able to help you.
Because there are certain areas of the country that have extreme loading conditions (e.g., snow, wind, or seismic), you may get a warning that a custom quote is required. That just means you will not be able to price the building on-line. We will gladly price it, and send a copy of the quote to you.
